The Inside Scoop: Studies have revealed that stomach issues occur in up to 90% of performance horses. Stomach issues may include poor appetites, colic symptoms, poor performance, weight loss and discomfort. The horse's saliva acts as a buffer to the naturally occurring acids present in the stomach lining. When saliva is not available due to heavy training and elapsed time between feedings, the stomach lining is unprotected. Certain formulas aid in buffering the stomach lining during excessive exercise and stress. Gelatin contains a number of amino acids (histidine, lysine, leucine, tryptophan, valine, phenylalanine, methionine, threonine, and isoleucine); amino acids are the building blocks of proteins and act as buffering agents.

Directions for Use: 1/2 oz. (14 gm) twice daily as needed. (Enclosed scoop approximately 1 oz.)
